East Lindsey Economic Baseline 2016
Refreshing the previous Baseline produced in 2010, the 2016 document presents key data about the local economy and identifies opportunities for growth.
The document has been produced in order to provide a statistical resource for the whole East Lindsey community and as well as the main report, specific summary documents have been tailored for businesses, the voluntary and statutory sectors. The document considers:
- How the information collected for the 2016 Baseline compares to the 2010 baseline: has the East Lindsey economy stayed the same, improved or worsened?;
- What the Baseline tells us about the impact of the recession/economic downturn and subsequent recovery;
- How East Lindsey's two distinctive economic areas: 'Coast' and 'Rural Inland' are performing; and;
- How East Lindsey's economy has/will respond to the Government's drive for productivity, jobs and growth.
