Freddie is a Board director and Business Development director at Lindum Group. He is involved across the business, in construction, joint ventures and development. He chairs the waste recycling division and HR department and is passionate about the apprentices and training programme, helping and encouraging more youngsters into construction. Before coming back to Lincolnshire in 2011 Freddie worked as a Chartered Surveyor for a property company in London.
