The introduction of the NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) on 1 April 2020, following the merger of the four CCGs, led to Sandra being appointed Chief Operating Officer for East Locality and Executive Lead for reducing health inequalities. She is passionate about improving care and better outcomes for people of Lincolnshire building on the great work undertaken so far and recognises the significance of her role in addressing health inequalities, specifically for the East Coast. Sandra is delighted to be on the Connected Coast Board and keen to build on the partnership working developed so far and the joint working with partners and communities in a place based approach which will result in improved health and services for the most disadvantaged communities and population groups.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and loves the county, with holiday home on the East Lincolnshire coast and enjoys a bit of cycling to try and keep active and she is a keen motorsport fan.
