Housing Grants Feedback Form - Due to the pandemic, no Housing Grants feedback forms were received in 2020/21.

CCTV in Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles Consultation 2020 - This consultation has now closed. A report will be available on the website shortly.

Budget Consultation 2021/22 -  Full Council agreed at its meeting on 3rd March 2021, that the East Lindsey District Council capital and revenue budgets for 2021/22, the five year Medium Term Financial Strategy and the associated financial strategies (2021/22 to 2025/26) (Appendix 1) be approved and that an agreement be given for the formal Council Tax resolutions detailed at Appendix 2, (Parishes, the County Council and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire are also dealt with as part of this resolution), for a 3.37% increase in East Lindsey's Council Tax, the Band D Council Tax being £151.74. Full Council also agreed that delegation be granted to the Section 151 Officer and Portfolio Holder for Finance to award discretionary discounts in respect of exceptional circumstances where an empty property Council Tax premium is being charged.

Council Tax Support Scheme 2021/22 - Full Council agreed at its meeting on 9th December 2020, that the current Council Tax Support Scheme, including uprating in line with DWP's annual update of allowances and premiums for housing benefit for 2021/22 be continued and that the backdating period be extended for working age claimants from one month to three months. Full Council also agreed that the 2021/22 final scheme policy be delegated to the Section 151 Officer in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance, including administrative and minor changes in line with the earlier decision of Council.
