Spilsby Neighbourhood Development Plan

Spilsby Town Council submitted an application to us to designate the parish of Spilsby as a Neighbourhood Area in August 2020. A consultation on the application ran between 12th August and 9th September 2020. No objections were raised. Spilsby Parish was designated as Neighbourhood Area on 23rd September 2020. It is important to note that the designation means that no alternative plan may be designated for the Neighbourhood Area until the designation expires or is withdrawn.
