Love Your High Street - Privacy Policy

All personal details (name and email address or other contact details) will be kept during the lifespan of the competition and then securely deleted one month after the competition winner is drawn. Contact details will be stored by ELDC Economic Development Team so the winners can be contacted, these details won't be shared with any third parties but may be used for other Council purposes including for the prevention of Fraud. Details may be shared with third parties where there is a legal obligation to do so. All images submitted will remain available to view on East Lindsey District Council's Facebook page. If you wish to have your image removed at any point please contact communications@e-lindsey.gov.uk.

In accordance with data protection legislation and your rights you have a right to:

• have a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. Details of how to obtain this are available from information.management@e-lindsey.gov.uk.
• have any incorrect details corrected or removed subject to certain limitations.
• if you are not happy with how we use your personal data, complain to the Council's data protection officer in the first instance at data.protection@e-lindsey.gov.uk. If your complaint is not resolved, you may then complain to the Information Commissioner: https://ico.org.uk/
