Lost or Stolen Personal Licence

If your personal licence is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, you can request a copy of your licence from us if we issued the original licence.

The notification must be accompanied by the relevant notification fee of £10.50 (cheques should be made payable to East Lindsey District Council) and you should provide as much detail as possible, for example, your full name, address, and licence number (if known).

If you are not requesting any changes to your personal licence at the same time as requesting a duplicate, the duplicate licence will be sent to the address we have on file.

If you need to change details at the same time as requesting a replacement personal licence (if you have moved to a new address, for example), we will need your change of address.

The payment of £10.50 can be made to the Licensing Team by debit or credit card over the telephone (01507 601111) during office hours.
