Relief Reviews
All awards of Discretionary Rate Relief have to be reviewed on an annual basis in accordance with the Discretionary Rate Relief Policy to determine if the relief can be awarded for the following financial year. A letter will be issued to you to confirm when the review is being undertaken and will advise what information needs to be supplied to the business rates team.
If you think you will continue to qualify for Discretionary Rate Relief, you will have to complete and return a Rate Relief Review Form (PDF, 82 KB) along with any additional information that has been requested in your letter
