Council Tax payment relief for those affected by internal flooding following Storm Babet

If you are unable to return to your primary residence as a result of flooding, please contact our Council Tax team, on 01507 601111 or email council.tax@pspsl.co.uk  We will discuss your individual circumstances and what support may be available.

Where dwellings are left empty and unfurnished, we may be able to provide a 100% discount from Council Tax for up to two months.   In addition, the council is considering criteria for granting further discretionary Council Tax discounts for households that remain unable to return to their primary residence as a result of the flooding .  Further information will be published when this is available.
