East Lindsey District Council is hosting an information event to help you learn more about the benefits of renewable technology.

Join the Council's Home Energy Advice and Retrofit Team on a myth-busting journey into the world of renewable technologies, focussing on air-source heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage.

The event is taking place on Wednesday 29 January from 10.30am-12pm at the Conoco Rooms, Louth Library, Northgate LN11 0LY.

The event will feature presentations from leading industry experts who will provide guidance on what you need to know if you're thinking about investing in low carbon measures for your home.

There will plenty of opportunity for informal discussions and questions and to learn more about potential grant funding opportunities.

The Home Energy Advice and Retrofit Team will also be at the event and ERIC the Energy Van will be on display.

Cllr Graham Marsh, Portfolio Holder for Carbon Reduction said: "This is a great opportunity for residents to find out more about how a few home improvement measures could help you live warmer in your homes and save money on your utility bills.

"This informative event aims to also clear up myths and misinformation around such technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels.

"The HEART team will also be able to talk you through energy saving advice, as well as possible grants you may be entitled to. Please do go along and find out how they may be able to help you save money and live in a more energy efficient home."
