Licensing Act 2003 - Premises Licence Reviews

The Licensing Act 2003 provides that a Responsible Authority (e.g. Lincolnshire Police) or any other relevant party may make an application for the review of a premises licence that is in force. Such applications must be submitted to the Licensing Authority in the prescribed form and must state the reasons why a review is being requested, together with any supporting information and documents.

Currently the following premises within the East Lindsey District are subject of a Premises Licence Review under the Licensing Act 2003:

LA Cafe, 1 Grand Parade, Skegness, PE25 2UN - The closing date for representations regarding the premises licence review is 15 January 2024.

Gambling Act 2005 - Premises Licence Reviews

The Gambling Act 2005 provides that a Responsible Authority (e.g. the Gambling Commission) or any other relevant party may make an application for the review of a gambling premises licence that is in force. Such applications must be submitted to the Licensing Authority in the prescribed form and must state the reasons why a review is being requested, together with any supporting information and documents.

Currently there are no licensed premises within the East Lindsey District which are subject of a Premises Licence Review under the Gambling Act 2005.

The detailed record of the above review applications (if any) may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH during normal office hours. You should telephone in advance in order to make an appointment to attend (Telephone: 01507 601111).

Representations regarding any review application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the address below. Representations must be made within the consultation period detailed in the record below. Please note that it is an offence, without reasonable excuse, to give to the Licensing Authority information in relation to a premises review, which is false or misleading.
