Graffiti and Fly Posting Removal
We remove graffiti and fly posting from property which is owned and maintained by ourselves. The removal of graffiti and fly posting on other public buildings bodies or on private property is the responsibility of the owner.
Property that is owned and maintained by us includes:
- Public toilets.
- Public buildings (owned by East Lindsey District Council).
- Public shelters.
- Litter bins and dog waste bins.
- Playground equipment.
- Dog control signs.

To report graffiti, please use the Report Graffiti form.
If you are caught either fly posting or doing graffiti you could receive a fixed penalty notice of £300 (which is reduced to £200 if paid within 10 days)
