Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)

If you contravene the current parking regulations, we will issue a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

If you receive a PCN, and wish to make your payment or challenge, please wait until the following day before doing so. Then follow the instructions on the reverse of the Notice in order to make your payment or challenge.

You may pay this online or by telephone. Please follow the prompts when making an Online PCN Payment.

To pay by telephone please call 0300 7770123, following the prompts on the 24 hours automated payment system.  All fees and charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
