If a property has been left empty due to repossession or bankruptcy an exemption can be applied.

Exempt Class L
The property has been repossessed by the mortgage company. Contact us on 01507 601111 and provide full details including mortgage company, mortgage account number and evidence of the repossession.

Exempt Class Q
The property has been left empty by a bankrupt person. Contact us on 01507 601111 and provide full details of your bankruptcy.
