Change of circumstances
If your circumstances change, you must contact us straight away so we can update your details and make sure you are getting any reductions you are entitled to.
- If you are moving in (PDF) [162KB] or moving out (PDF) [187KB] of a business property, please complete and return the relevant document.
- For other changes email us on businessrates@e-lindsey.gov.uk or call on 01507 601111, selecting Business Rates.
Protecting your information
Information you give us will be used according to the law, in particular the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information will only be used for Council purposes unless there is a legal authority to do otherwise.
We have a legal duty to pass information to HM Revenue and Customs. This information can include details about your Business Rates account, such as: your business name, business address, billing address, occupancy details, premises description and amount payable.
