There are mixture of affordable rented and shared ownership units on this development. The completion date for the next phase of properties has not yet been confirmed.

There are mixture of affordable rented and shared ownership units on this development. The first shared ownership units are now available and the rented are due in 2024.

Station Road, Tetney

This development includes 5 units for affordable rent and 3 units for shared ownership. The first units and are due for completion towards the end of 2023

Main Street, Mareham Le Fen

This development will include 4 Rent to Buy properties. These properties are due for completion towards the end of 2023 and early 2024.

Alexander Park, Legbourne Road, Louth

This development is currently under construction. There are a mixture of affordable rented, rent to buy and shared ownership units on this development. The completion date for the next phase of properties has not yet been confirmed.

This development includes affordable rented and shared ownership properties. The first properties are expected at the end of 2023 and early 2024.

Tennyson Fields, Louth

This development includes properties being sold at a discounted market value. These properties are currently being advertised by Lovell Homes.

How to apply for one of these properties

Properties are generally advertised for letting approximately 6 weeks prior to their completion date. 

Most new properties are prioritised for people with a strong local connection to the area.
