Industrial units and offices available for rent

We have industrial units in Horncastle, Spilsby and Skegness and have been developed with planning permission for B1, B2 and B8 use, which is for light and general industrial or storage and distribution use. No use linked to the motor-trade is permitted.  Currently there are no industrial units available.
