Woodhall Spa Neighbourhood Development Plan
Woodhall Spa Parish Council have agreed to produce a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP).
The Parish Council has set up a Steering Group to work on the plan. The Steering Group is made up of Councillors, local residents and members from the local business community. The Steering Group is being advised and supported by officers of the District Council.
This is a unique opportunity for the people of Woodhall Spa to plan the future of their village.
Woodhall Spa Neighbourhood Development Plan Consultations - Consultation Events
Throughout the process the Steering Group has consulted the community on various issues relating to neighbourhood planning and in many different ways.
In March 2015 the Steering Group consulted on the NDP policies. Drop-in events were held on the 18th, 21st and 28th of March 2015. The data is being analysed and the results will be posted on the in due course.
Strategic Environmental Assessment Screening Report
We have carried out a Screening Opinion on the Woodhall Spa Neighbourhood Development Plan to determine if a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is needed.
