Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA)

The Planning Policy team and planning officers check the settlements in the district for building land. They look at possible sites and decide whether they could potentially be suitable for housing.

This survey is called the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA).
