The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) gives people a right of access to information held by public bodies unless an exemption applies.
All requests must be made in writing and must state the requestors name and correspondence details. You can use our request form or simply put your request in a letter or email. information.management@e-lindsey.gov.uk
If your request relates to Children's Services, Schools, Adult Social Care or Highways (including Potholes) then please refer your request directly to Lincolnshire County Council, who can be contacted at foi@lincolnshire.gov.uk

Your request will be responded to within the statutory timescale of 20 working days unless we write informing you otherwise.
Under the Act we are able to charge, but you will be informed of any charges before you receive the information.
The Act requires that we produce a Publication Scheme which sets out the categories of information we publish, the manner in which it is published and details of any charges for accessing the information. We are currently updating our Publication Scheme and this will be available shortly.
