The Local Plan Examination

The East Lindsey Local Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State on 18th April 2017 for examination.

The independent Inspectors appointed to conduct the examination of the East Lindsey Core Strategy and the East Lindsey Settlement Proposals Development Plan Documents are Jeremy Youle BA (HONS) MA MRTPI and Louise Phillips MA MSc MRTPI.

The Inspectors will determine whether these plans have been prepared in accordance with relevant legal requirements and if they are 'sound', i.e. positively prepared, justified, effective and consistent with national policy.

To assist the Inspectors a Programme Officer has been appointed. The Programme Officer, Gemma Clark, will act as the contact for any person who has an interest in the examination and as a liaison between Inspectors, Council and Representors. Please find the Programme Officer contact details below:
