Hearing Sessions

The Examination will take place in two stages:

Stage One: Core Strategy

Stage Two: Settlement Proposals Development Plan Document

On Friday 26th May 2017, East Lindsey District Council issued their statutory notice in the respect of the forthcoming Stage 1 Hearing Sessions, in accordance with Regulation 24 of The Local Plan Regulations 2012. Notice for the Stage 2 Hearing Sessions followed on Wednesday 28th June 2017.

Stage One Examination will begin Wednesday 12th July at 10am.

Stage Two Examination will begin Tuesday 26th September at 10am.

The Examination Hearing Programmes can be found in the Examination Documents section of this website.

The Hearing Sessions will be held in CC2 & CC3, East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Manby, Louth, Lincs, LN11 8UP.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Rearranged Stage 2 Matter 3 Hearing Session

The Stage 2 Matter 3 session on Housing Land Supply originally scheduled for Tuesday 26th September 2017 has now been split as follows:

Matter 3a: Housing Land Supply

Matter 3b: Supply of Gypsy and Traveller Accommodation

Please note that the hearing session for Matter 3a: Housing Land Supply will now take place on Wednesday 4 October, starting at 10am. The deadline for Matter 3a hearing statements is now Friday 15 September.

The hearing session for Matter 3b: Supply of Gypsy and Traveller Accommodation will take place as originally scheduled on Tuesday 26 September, starting at 2pm. The deadline for Matter 3b hearing statements therefore remains Friday 8 September.
