Parking Permits
If you use our car parks on a regular basis a parking permit will significantly reduce the cost of parking throughout East Lindsey and offer the best value for money.
Parking Permits have gone digital.
By digitising permits, we are giving you access to a quicker, more efficient application and purchase process where permits can be purchased online at any time of day - 24 hours a day. You do not need to wait for a paper permit to arrive in the post as there is nothing to display in the vehicle and they can be used from the start date.
The Digital Parking Permit can be self-administered by the purchaser, who can update vehicle registration numbers online at any time. This update is then immediately available to the enforcement officers' mobile devices, enabling them to prevent any infringement of the scheme's rules. You must ensure that the registration of the vehicle you are using is updated correctly at the time of parking or a Penalty Charge Notice will be issued to the vehicle.
Our Parking Permit Scheme includes a range of town specific permits, making it more flexible for motorists. Please see below for car parks covered under the scheme and our current prices.
To apply and pay for an off-street parking permit, please visit https://secure.mipermit.com/eastlindsey/application/home.aspx (All Fees and charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable).
All vehicles must be parked within a single marked bay. If you are unable to locate a bay, then alternative parking should be found.
Any vehicle that is parked in contravention of the regulations will be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN). We reserve the right to cancel a permit that is being misused, change the specified car parks and provide alternative arrangements as necessary. We do not accept liability for loss from, or damage to, any motor vehicle however caused.
For any valid paper permits, please note that the permit should be clearly displayed in the windscreen of the vehicle at all times.
