East Lindsey District Council continues to face financial uncertainty, especially in terms of Central Government funding, pressures from Internal Drainage Board Levies and amounts it collect from Business Rates that can be retained for local services. The Council therefore needs to continue to maximise potential income streams and manage its costs to fund services to local people.
