Green Waste Collection Service Subscription

This form allows you to renew or sign up for our Green Waste Collection Service. The cost of the service is £50 per bin. You may also order bins to be delivered at £27 per bin.

Before You Start

You will need the following information to complete this form:

  • The postcode of the address where you want the collection service (which must be a non-commercial property in the East Lindsey district).
  • A credit or debit card to make payment.

Please Note

  • There is a time limit on each page of this form of 1 hour. Select the 'Next' / 'Submit' button on each page within an hour, otherwise your data will be lost.
  • All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

What We Do With Your Information

The information collected will be used by the ELDC Waste Services Team under contract for signing up to the Green Waste Collection Service. Information will also be used to prevent or detect crime, to protect public funds or where we are legally required or permitted to share data.

Please note that by subscribing to the green waste service your information will also be processed by Bartec Auto ID Ltd on our behalf, who are the council's waste management system subcontractor/sub processor. Your information will be stored for 18 months, after which point it will be destroyed automatically. The sign up process also involves a card transaction with Access PaySuite. The council currently use Systematic Print Management to distribute green waste calendars and stickers and, once this has been processed, Systematic Print Management will destroy your personal data. A record of your contact will also be kept for 2 years within Customer Contact's case management system, which we use to help us efficiently manage future contact you may have with the organisation.
