We welcome petitions and recognise that they are an opportunity for you to make us aware of your concerns. We will acknowledge all petitions within ten days of receipt.

At each full Council meeting there is an opportunity for you to ask questions. Questions are not included at the Annual Council Meeting. Here we explain the process for asking questions.
We will adopt a 'You Said, We Listened' approach to public engagement
Our Public Engagement Charter says that we will publish annually how public feedback has influenced or changed the way we deliver our services.
Any Councillor may submit a request for a Councillor Call for Action (CCfA) in accordance with the provisions set out in the Council Constitution. The expectation is that the CCfA will only be initiated when all other options have been exhausted and the CCfA will be a means of a last resort.
Volunteers that run community centres and village halls in the Hatton area have the opportunity to apply for upgrade works to make their facilities more energy efficient and cheaper to run.
