Public Toilets
We provide public toilet blocks throughout the District in Partnership with Healthmatic Ltd. The majority are provided with unisex disabled toilets, accessed by RADAR key, and a large number of the toilet blocks also have baby changing facilities.
Residents are advised that, following consultation with Louth Police, the Baby Change unit at Louth Bus Station has been temporarily closed after repeated incidents of anti-social behaviour.
You can view the Locations and Opening Times of our Public Toilets using our interactive maps below.
The RADAR Access System fitted to the disabled toilets is a national scheme. Keys to these facilities are available and free of charge to disabled residents of East Lindsey.
If you're a visitor to the area you can purchase a key for £4.00 from the above outlets. Alternatively it may be possible to obtain a key from your local council or from one of the organisations for the disabled.
Privately run public toilets are not covered by our cleansing and maintenance service and responsibility rests with the owner.
The paddle gates for our Healthmatic-run toilet facilities are 40p. Find out more and which toilets these are by visiting our List of all Toilets
