Report a Lost, Stolen or Damaged Bin

This form allows you to report your:

  • Black (Domestic Waste) bin
  • Green (Garden Waste) bin
  • Grey (Mixed Recycling) bin
  • Purple-lidded (Paper and Card Recycling) bin

In certain circumstances where the bin is damaged, you might be asked to pay for a replacement bin.

Before You Start

You will need the following information to complete this form:

  • The postcode of the address of the bin you are reporting as lost, stolen or damaged.
  • You might need a credit or debit card to make payment (if the bin is damaged).

  • There is a time limit on each page of this form of 1 hour. Select the 'Next' / 'Submit' button on each page within an hour, otherwise your data will be lost.
  • All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

What We Do With Your Information

East Lindsey District Council needs the information in this form to perform its Public task under the Local Government Act. We will share the information we collect only where we are legally allowed to. The details collected about you will be used to update you where appropriate, and otherwise deal with your request.
