Request Assisted Collection

Assisted collection may be possible if you have difficulty moving or presenting bins or sacks to the boundary of your property. This could be due to a temporary or permanent disability, illness or other condition.

Our crew will only collect bins or sacks containing the correct waste (See our What to Put in Your Bin page). These must be presented at the agreed location before 5:30am on the day of collection.

Assisted collections will not be made:

  • from behind a locked gate or barrier;
  • from inside a property, garage or shed;
  • from a property where the bin is not visible from the roadside or property boundary;
  • from a property on roads that are inaccessible/unsuitable for our waste collection vehicles.
